I was looking for statistics for the Birkdale area and found that in 2007, we sold 105 homes in the Birkdale and Birkdale Village subdivisions. In 2008, we have sold 65.
In the town of Huntersville the numbers were 738 in 2007 and 1202 in 2008.
I feel it is my job to do what I can to get the numbers back to normal levels. I realize I can't change the economy by myself, however I can help my sellers in other ways. I still provide full service with things like video and blogging etc. However, I feel that it is necessary in this economy to do everything I can.
To this end, I am announcing 4.5 commission for all of 2009 and possibly beyond. This will not be the case of reduced effort for reduced compensation. I know of only way to provide customer service and that is 110%.
