A whopping 21 out of the 50 have had their prices reduced in the last couple of weeks. That is almost 50% of the homes where there has been a price reduction. WOW! The average days on the market is 135 days with the most being 351 days.
Since October 1st, there have been seven (7) closings in Birkdale and Birkdale Village. Of these 7, ALL of them had had a recent price reduction! The average days on the market for these homes is 144 days with the most being 231 and the least being 57.
There are 7 Birkdale and Birkdale Village homes for rent with the least being 1100 and the most 1850.
