The North Carolina Association of Realtors has just released a new form dedicated to allowing firms/agents to fully comply with the compensation disclosure rule.

Agents/Firms are required to disclose additional compensation like buyer agent bonuses and referral fees from Home Warranty Companies.



Some Home Warranty Companies offer referral fees for using their Home Warranty Services. A typical amount is around $75.00. Additionally, sellers sometimes offer a buyer agent bonuses. This happens more often with new construction but is sometimes offered by re-sale sellers as well.
