Huntersville Area Price Changes
84 homes changed or reduced the listing price in February. The most drastic changes occured on a home priced above 1 million and a home priced just under $300,000.

13 Homes had price changes in Birkdale and Birkdale Village. Of the 13, Birdale Village led the way with 7. The most drastic of these is a home in Birkdale Village that dropped in price from $280,000 to $240,000. Another drastic drop in this price range.
This is more evidence that it there is so much to choose from no matter what price range you exist!
