As of March 21, 2018, there are currently 15 homes listed for sale. and 6 homes under contract.
The average days on the market for homes under contract is 93 days. That is a troubling number based on some statistics for other neighborhoods.
The average days on the market for homes that are showing Active is 95 days.
All these numbers point to a thorough analysis of why some neighborhoods are going under contact in about 35 days.
