Isn't it interesting how Real Estate has changed over the years. It used to be that we would list client homes by putting them in the MLS, possibly advertising them in the paper or a Real Estate Rag and they homes would sell and usually pretty fast.
It is a very changed world with Real Estate marketing. Words and phrases like targeted, syndication, organic search results, video and the like now dominate how we assist our clients in selling their homes.
Buyers are now very savvy Internet users. And... it is not just the younger generation. Our older parents now own iPads, iPhones, Blackberry's and the like. Our marketing has to result in our clients homes being found on the first page of the major (and some minor) search engines.
Enter Carolina Living Real Estate! If you load Google.com and do a search for Birkdale Village, this website and our Lake Norman Communities all show up on page one (and multiple times)! We offer MAXIMUM exposure of all things Birkdale and Birkdale Village whether selling or renting your home. Our Property Management Division also offers our homes major search engine exposure.
Also, when visiting our websites, you see listings of all the homes for sale in a given area. We do this to generate more traffic to the website and also to take advantage of listing syndication. This enables all our listings to also be proliferated all over the web to not so major listings sites like Hotpads, yahoo real estate etc.
Lastly, we have a new website that is taking advantage of the 2nd largest search engine on the web.
